IV access
- Prepare IV boat
Drugs
- Atropine: 1mg/10cc (prefilled syringe box)
- Ephedrine: 5mg/cc
Dilute 1 vial (1cc) of ephedrine (50mg/cc) into 9 ml of NS
- Phenylephrine (neosynephrine): 100 mcg/cc
Dilute 1 vial (1cc) of phenylephrine (10mg/cc) into 9 ml of NS and then take one cc of “hot neo” and place it into 9 ml of NS for a final double diluted phenylephrine concentration of 100 mcg/cc
- Succinylcholine: 1 vial 10cc (20 mg/cc)
- One non depolarizing muscle relaxant
Vecuronium dilute powder in 10 ml of NS (1mg/cc)
Rocuronium 1 vial 5 or 10 cc (10mg/cc)
Cistatracurium 1 vial 10 cc (2mg/cc)
- Propofol x2 1 vial 20cc (10 mg/cc)
- Versed 1 vial 2cc (1mg/cc)
- Fentanyl 1 vial 5cc (50mcg/cc)

- Temperature probe
