ETHER DASHBOARD

If you are like the 60% of Stanford Anesthesia attendings and residents who own an iPhone, download Ether for iPhone today from the app store. It works with Dashboard and brings template-based paging to your fingertips!

The AIM Lab has been hard at work on the next version of Ether. Ether Dashboard is meant to complement (not replace) Ether, by personalizing information for your needs. We are launching with over 20+ innovative features, including:

Your Profile, Your Choice

1. Now you control your information! You can log into dashboard and update your:
   1. Telephone/pager numbers
   2. Mailing Address
   3. Contact Information
   4. Communication Preferences - choose how you like to be contacted.
2. Profile information is viewable only by Stanford Anesthesia members with valid SUNET IDs.
3. Your information is secure when viewed on Ether Dashboard, or Ether for iPhone.

Call Schedules Online*

1. My Call Schedule - calendar shows all the days that you are scheduled to work
   1. View by Day, Week or Month
2. Adult/Peds Call Schedules - shows who is working in the ORs by call number
   1. Your call shift is highlighted on the list
   2. View by Day or Week
3. Excel Export - schedules can be downloaded from Dashboard in Excel format for those who still prefer that format.
4. Always Up-to-Date - call schedules are pulled directly from the schedulers in real-time, so you always have the most updated version on Dashboard!

New Paging Options

1. Tabbed Paging - Now paging is conveniently separated by tabs (faculty, residents, fellows, on call)
2. Recent Pages - Because we work in groups, Dashboard tracks your pages and keeps your recent contacts within easy reach for fastest paging.
3. On Call Paging - Need to page the regional attending? No need to look at the schedule, just select "Regional Attending" and the faculty member on call that day is paged!
4. Search Paging - Don't want to page from a pull-down menu? Now you have the option to type in a name, and Dashboard will auto-fill with name suggestions as you type!
5. Scheduled Pages - Program a text page to be sent in the future. Great for reminding yourself about lectures and appointments.
6. Group Paging - Admin staff now have the ability to page groups of people at one time.

1. My Shifts* - List the next five work shifts coming up on your calendar.
2. Receive alerts and notifications from the Anesthesia staff
