Who has access to use the Collaborative Workspace?
- All staff from SHC, LPCH and SOM have badge access; no request required
Is the space open after hours and on weekends?
- Hours of operation are 24x7
How many desks and meeting rooms are in the space?
- 62 workstations and 12 meeting rooms are reservable
- All meeting rooms (including 9 multipurpose rooms) are equipped with audio technology
Do I need to bring a laptop to work in the space?
- Desks are set-up with either All-in-One units or HP Thunderbolt 120W G2 docking stations
What are some of the amenities in the space?
- Mother's room, lockers and break room
- Staff may use the lockers and break room while working within the Collaborative Workspace
- Lockers are reservable for day use via digital code; instructions are provided in the locker room
- The break room has microwaves and refrigerators for staff use; all personal items should be removed by the end of each day
Are the phone booths available to be reserved?
- The phone booths are used on a drop-in basis for making calls in semi-private space
