Drug set up, Autonomics Recall, and Drug Reference Sheet

Atropine: 1mg/10cc (prefilled syringe box)

Ephedrine: 5mg/cc
Dilute 1 vial (1cc) of ephedrine (50mg/cc) into 9 ml of NS

Phenylephrine (neosynephrine):100 mcg/cc
Dilute 1 vial (1cc) of phenylephrine (10mg/cc) into 9 ml of NS and then take one cc of “hot neo” and place it into 9 ml of NS for a final double diluted phenylephrine concentration of 100 mcg/cc

Succinylcholine:1 vial 10cc (20 mg/cc)

One non depolarizing muscle relaxant
            Vecuronium: dilute powder in 10 ml of NS (1mg/cc)
            Rocuronium: 1 vial 5 or 10 cc (10mg/cc)
            Cistatracurium: 1 vial 10 cc (2mg/cc)

Propofol: 1 vial 20cc (10 mg/cc) X 2 syringes (back-up "stick")

Versed: 1 vial 2cc (1mg/cc)

Fentanyl: 1 vial 5cc (50mcg/cc)
